Meet the Founder

Jay Bosch has been deeply involved in technology and business for over twenty years. His background includes avionics design, flight simulation, computer systems simulation, and broad consulting experience including architecting a next generation airline reservation system, business continuity planning and disaster recovery planning for major retail and financial organizations, and data center and infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience in object-oriented analysis and design, definition of agile, full-lifecycle software development processes, design of large-scale systems, and leading technical organizations.
Mr. Bosch has worked for a wide range of enterprises from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. Jay has served as Vice President for software development organizations in the insurance and airline maintenance industries, has established offshore development capabilities, and created strategies for utilizing outsourced operations.
Mr. Bosch holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. He is PMP, COBIT, SCRUM Master, and ITIL certified and also holds commercial and instructor pilot licenses and a Lear-Jet type rating.
